About Values Partnerships

Built For The New Majority

Values Partnerships (VPI) helps the most successful brands and organizations in the country understand, empower, and activate culture’s new majority: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and multicultural communities.

Celebrating more than 10 years in business, Values is one of the country’s leading marketing, social impact, communications and insights agencies. We develop cultural marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and creative engagement strategies that help organizations connect authentically with diverse audiences.

Our work sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and impact. We partner with companies, nonprofits, entertainment studios, and institutions to:

  • Build trust with communities

  • Launch meaningful campaigns

  • Develop culturally informed marketing strategies

  • Produce events, partnerships, and storytelling that drive engagement and impact

The Summer Fellowship

Why Join Values Partnerships?
The Values Partnerships Summer Fellowship is a selective opportunity for emerging leaders interested in working at the intersection of culture, marketing, and social impact.

Fellows work closely with our team of strategists and creatives supporting real projects across corporate, nonprofit, entertainment, and advocacy clients, gaining exposure to how major cultural campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives are developed.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Drafting and editing client deliverables

  • Supporting outreach and client engagement

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events and marketing campaigns

  • Conducting research on cultural trends, community partners, and strategic opportunities

  • Supporting social media, digital storytelling, and content development

  • Attending team and client meetings to gain exposure to high-level strategic work

Focus Areas

We’re looking for Fellows with passion and curiosity in one or more of these areas:

  1. Social Impact Consulting: Support campaigns and partnerships designed to create meaningful change in communities. Fellows may assist with community engagement, advocacy partnerships, and initiatives focused on issues such as equity, economic opportunity, and cultural representation.

  2. Marketing & Cultural Strategy: Help brands and organizations connect authentically with the New Majority through culturally informed marketing campaigns, audience engagement strategies, and creative partnerships.

  3. Events and Experiential: Support events that drive cultural resonance and social impact—from community gatherings to brand activations. Fellows will get exposure to all parts of the event planning process.

  4. Faith-Based Communities: Engage with faith leaders and communities through strategic campaigns that build trust and spark change. Fellows interested in the intersection of faith, culture, and social impact may find this a strong fit.

  5. Creative and Digital Strategy: Contribute to social-first storytelling that brings values-driven narratives to life. Fellows may help with writing, visual content development, and social media planning and execution.
