Chime aimed to become the leader in grassroots social impact within the finance and tech sectors by committing to sustained action through partnerships with community-rooted organizations. Their goal was to establish themselves as a trusted partner to local, state, and national organizations and leaders, reach diverse Gen Zers and implement programming aligned with their social impact pillars.

To achieve this, Values developed a comprehensive strategy, expanded community engagement activations, and formed strategic partnerships with key organizations. We led micro-grants, scholarships, and financial literacy programs. We also created new content, as well as narrative documents to guide internal and external communications plans for cultural celebration months.

Our efforts led to the development of a community event for over high school students from Booker T. Washington High School and Westlake High School, which garnered local and state media coverage. The event, hosted by local media personality Neima Abdulahi, featured a financial education basketball game, a panel discussion on financial literacy with 21 Savage and Kezia Williams, and insights from a financial literacy expert.

Additionally, we designed a community zone where organizations such as Hands On Atlanta, Wealthy Habits, and Live2Create shared valuable financial literacy resources, reinforcing Chime's commitment to community engagement and financial education.
