For the last 10+ years, Values has brought A+E Networks (A&E, HISTORY, & Lifetime) into broad alignment with diverse communities, responded to urgent challenges and concerns, and produced television shows and specials with meaning and value
This work has included organizing a national benefit concert for Mother Emanuel AME church featuring Pharrell Williams, John Legend and other guests; bringing community organizations and leaders together with HISTORY to successfully bring ROOTS to a new generation; developing and executing comprehensive campaigns for viral shows including SURVIVING R. KELLY; responding to complex challenges related to race and inclusion across the networks; and advising the CEO and senior leadership team directly on issues of race and inclusion after the death of George Floyd.
As a result of our work together, we’ve directly generated over 250M in social reach for A+E Networks across major shows; successfully navigated some of the most complex moments in the company's history; brought over 50+ civic and civil rights organizations into direct partnership with A+E Networks; produced an NAACP Image Award-winning documentary for HISTORY, The 44th President In His Own Words, and much more.
